Fuseproject's environments design team was tasked to craft a full retail environment, customer experience, and consumer product for a Fortune 500 multinational company that would be executed globally in 25 markets for 90 boutiques. A mix of delivery formats was key to owning a global retail expression. Our design research and foundation was grounded in intimately understanding the consumer and product use to bring each retail experience to life consistently throughout all formats — from flagship, store-in-store, to pop-ups.
